Precious Paws Asian and Small Breed Dog Rescue, Inc. is a charitable, 501 (c) (3), all volunteer non-profit animal rescue organization. We believe every animal is special and worthy of living a long and happy life.
We are a private, foster home based rescue. These animals touch our hearts from the moment they arrive. We show them the love and kindness that most of them have never had.
Once placed in our rescue, we are deeply committed to ensuring they are safe, humanely treated and loved each day for the rest of their lives.
When ready for adoption, we choose loving, permanent homes, where they can finally live a life that they so greatly deserve.
If you went to the shelters where you looked into the eyes of those waiting to die, you would know why we are so passionate about doing whatever is necessary to save these animals.
Please visit the rest of the pages of our website to see many photos of our beautiful adoptable dogs, before and after photos of our rescue babies and photos of our adopters.
You will also be able to read about our rescue and our policies.
There are lots of candid pictures of our precious rescue babies as well.
We sincerely thank you for considering adopting a rescue pet and for supporting animal rescue.

Fallon

We wanted to update everyone on the precious little 4 lb. Malti-Poo, Fallon, that we rescued approximately 2 years ago.
If you remember, Fallon was born with a birth defect of extremely deformed back legs with no use of them at all. We rescued her at approximately 8 months of age when her owner did not want her anymore.
We had several consultations with orthopedic specialists regarding surgery to hopefully repair her legs so she would have some mobility. However it was the consensus that the surgery would most likely not be successful as her case was so severe.
As you can see now, she is doing fabulous. Fallon was fitted with a wheel chair and has mastered it!
Happy endings do exist against all odds and Fallon is a prime example!
This is why we always accept these types of babies, for without us, they have no chance.
It is so touching to see how these special babies defy the odds.
They will always be the reason we will continue to rescue with our hearts.

Donations are the only way we can continue to help special needs babies like Fallon in 2012 and save lives. Your donations go directly to the care and medical needs of our rescues. We are all volunteers and are a 501 c 3 charitable organization.
Donations in any amount are gratefully accepted and sincerely appreciated.
We are only accepting donations now via checks.
Please make your donation checks out to: Precious Paws Asian Dog Rescue and mail to:

All donations are tax-deductible as allowed by law. We will gladly mail you a receipt for tax purposes if requested.

Hope

We rescued Hope from a kill shelter. She was 1 year old, 5 pounds and had no use of her back legs or the rear portion of her body. She was given a death sentence at an animal shelter until we were called upon to save her because she had no other chance of getting out alive.
Please read Hope's story. Her tremendous will to live, her beautiful disposition and loving attitude even after all of the adversities she has faced has touched us all.
Please visit  Hope's Chronicles ,
to see how important that one life can be to that one precious angel.
